I’m a writer and former entrepreneur who focuses on clarity, discipline, and honest communication—especially where work, identity, and attention intersect. My background includes building and running businesses in tech and services, but my current work centers on writing, long-form thinking, and creative projects that strip ideas down to what’s usable.

Areas of Interest
I don’t work from scripts, but conversations often revolve around writing and creativity, attention and distraction, human-centered service, Buddhist fundamentals, and the role of language in shaping how we think and act.
Books & Ongoing Work
My previous books include ELIMINATION, which looks at letting go as a practical discipline, and How to ROQNROL Your Customers, which approaches sales and service through listening and respect rather than tactics. My current project, Word Grit, treats language as a working tool for clarity, creative survival, and honest expression. I also spend time writing music, often simple acoustic guitar blues, as part of the same creative practice.

I’m also open to considering thoughtful collaborations with brands and projects that feel aligned with my work and values. I’ve spent years exploring clarity, attention, human behavior, and the practical side of communication, and I’m happy to engage in partnerships that reflect that same grounded, real-world perspective. Format & Logistics
I’m comfortable with audio or video interviews and conversational formats. Typical appearances range from 20–60 minutes. I prepare in advance and aim to make conversations easy, focused, and useful.
