I stay connected to my community, drawn to people who think differently and who aren’t afraid to question the usual way of things. My kind of truth shows up in the everyday—over a cup of coffee at a local downtown diner, or a golden nugget of wisdom, and classic riddle of truth passed down from the ancients.

I like to stir the pot a little, to spark conversations that challenge old assumptions, and to aim for something just a bit more honest, a bit more decent. I spend my time researching the unknown unknowns, pushing back against the ordinary. If the meaning of life is to give life meaning, then that’s the compass rose.
